ManorCraft: Terms and Conditions


Free Initial Consultation:

ManorCraft offers a complimentary initial consultation to discuss your project and explore the scope of work required. During this meeting, we'll gather information, understand your vision, and provide preliminary insights. This consultation allows us to better understand your needs and propose suitable solutions.


$500 Quote Fee:

To ensure the seriousness of inquiries and the commitment to the project, ManorCraft charges a non-refundable quote fee of $500. This fee covers the costs associated with thoroughly evaluating your project, conducting site visits, and providing a detailed and comprehensive quote. If the quoted price is accepted and a contract is signed, the $500 quote fee will be deducted from the total contract amount.


Proper Documentation and Permits:

At ManorCraft, we prioritize professionalism and adherence to legal regulations. We do not proceed with any work unless all necessary documentation and permits are in place. This includes obtaining the required licenses and permits as mandated by local authorities. Ensuring proper documentation and permits is essential to guarantee the legality, safety, and quality of the project.


Contract Acceptance:

Upon accepting our quote and the terms outlined, a formal contract will be prepared. This contract will detail the scope of work, project timelines, payment schedules, and other relevant terms and conditions. By signing the contract, you indicate your agreement with the terms specified, allowing us to proceed with the project as planned.


Payment Terms:

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in the contract and will typically include milestones tied to project progress. A deposit may be required to secure your project's spot in our schedule. Subsequent payments will align with specific project milestones, and the final payment will be due upon successful completion of the project.


Changes to Scope of Work:

Any changes or modifications to the scope of work outlined in the initial contract may result in adjustments to project timelines and costs. We will communicate openly with you about any proposed changes and seek your approval before proceeding.


Project Delays:

While we make every effort to adhere to project timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, supply chain issues, or regulatory delays may occasionally affect completion dates. We will communicate promptly with you should any delays arise and work together to find suitable solutions.
